Self Build DIY iPod Retro Boom Box – The Impromptu Flatpack Party Machine
We seem to have inadvertently hit on a DIY theme this evening what with the precious post concerning the DIY Snap Together 35mm Camera and now this curious (but curiously cool) cardboard self build iPod/MP3 boombox – which is great for those hit upon by an impromptu party but lacking the a certain party atmosphere.
Taking the form of a flatpack DIY kit, the DIY 80’s themed iPod Boombox comes complete with stereo speakers and even pseudo docking station for iPod classic MP3 devices (though the cardboard boombox, in utilising the headphone output will work with any MP3 device).
Details concerning the Self Build DIY iPod Retro Boom Box are a little on the scant side but we can at least confirm that the device is battery powered and that it probably doesn’t sound especially good – but as a fun item we certainly thought it was worth a quick mention.
