Samsung SPH W2400 Special Edition Cell Phone with AMOLED Display

Samsung has debuted one of its first ever handsets to utilize its new AMOLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology which, apart from promoting extended cell phone battery life also offers enhanced display attributes including better response, greater contrast and wider viewing angles.

As exciting as the implementation of this new technology is, apart from the use of Samsung’s new AMOLED powered display this special edition 3.5G HSDPA SPH-W2400 cell phone is basically a stock W2400, featuring a swivelling display, Bluetooth, a rather uninspiring 2 mega pixel camera, DMB functionality and multimedia capabilities.
