Huffy Mean Green Machine II – The Dual Joystick Tricycle with Attitude

Huffy Mean Green Machine II The Dual Joystick Tricycle with Attitude

Sure to be a hit with children and diminutive framed ‘young’ adults alike (it certainly appeals to me, though at 6ft+ I suspect it’s hardly tailored to suit) the Huffy Bicycles 98146 Green Machine II is a pedal powered tricycle with attitude that comes with dual joystick, somewhat novel rear wheel steering and an over sized 20” rubber front tire complete with handbrake.

A definite head turner, the Huffy Green Machine II, which retails for $126, comes with a rear mounted flag for warning traffic that you exist (on account of the device being so low) though one of the benefits, as far as we see it, is that, if you’re mad enough to take this contraption on the road and you’re caught in congestion you can almost – but not quite – drive under any trucks in your path (there’s a wholly contradictory sentence for you).

The First Carbon Velocipede

(A tricycle squarely aimed at adults with a price tag to match)

Of course, if this isn’t quite what you’re looking for on account of the fact that you’d rather not be seen on a kids bicycle, however cool it looks, and you have a pile of cash that you’re looking to dispose of you could always look to invest in this pedal powered, joystick steered Carbon Chassis Velocipede – which, at a cool $13,995.95, certainly cannot be considered a toy.
