TFTS Reader Feedback Welcomed – And Received

Yesterday we received some feedback from a reader which we thought we really ought to draw attention to as he raises a number of points that we felt we should address in full and, as we are always looking to learn and move forward as a result of feedback, we would readily welcome your take on the developing (in places somewhat heated) discussion.
