SanDisk M2 MicroSD Offers Cell Phones an 8GB Upgrade

SanDisk 8GB MicroSD Memory Card

SanDisk have been busy lately, what with the up and coming release of their Sansa Clip Mini MP3 Player and now we have news that they are to release what is claimed to be the world’s largest capacity MicroSD card.

Announced at Berlin’s IFA show, the 8GB MicroSDs cards are already being shipped to phone manufactures and mobile network service providers for evaluation with an official release penciled in for the last quarter of this year, though pricing is yet to be announced.
