Silence Dogs with the Deluxe Bark Free Pro Gadget

It seems that there’s a gadget for just about everything these days and that even pets are not exempt from our increasing need to control everything at the push of a button – this Super Bark Free gadget being a prime example.
The device in question utilises ultrasound technology which is triggered by the sound of Fido the Wonderdog having the audacity to actually vocalise, the result being that this gadget will deliver a sonic scream that is out of our frequency range but will, apparently, silence not only Fido but any other dog within the device’s 60 foot range.
I cannot help but wonder whether, with a little tinkering of the internal circuitry, the device can be adapted to trigger at an audible frequency whenever the wife mentions certain keywords such as ‘shopping’, ‘washing up’ and anything concerning the X-Factor.
The Deluxe Digital Bark Free Pro, as featured, retails for $120.
