I believe the store linked to will ship to the US - at least it did last time I checked.
I suspect it’s not available elsewhere but if you have any issues trying to get it shipped to you from the linked store get back in touch here and I’ll see if I can influence them in some way (worth a try).

I believe from what I can gather from the translation one card is a fairly tight fit so either one or two cards (at best).
