Arguably we have little use for one of these weather forecasting alarm clocks here in the UK as a similar, somewhat result could be achieved by sticking an icon of a rain cloud on a standard alarm clock and, 9 out of 10 times it’s going to be right. That said, on the odd day that the clouds part we’d be completely caught out – so perhaps this weather forecasting alarm clock is a better solution after all.

Capable of offering a weather forecast for the next 12 or 24 hours, as well as an indoor thermometer, the battery powered Weather Cube is basically a bog standard alarm clock with a large LCD screen but it could prove handy for those who like to contemplate the day’s wardrobe options before hauling themselves out of bed.
