Sometimes when the stress of impending deadlines takes its toll you need to sit back and take a moment to distance yourself. Perhaps you could try a few breathing exercises, perhaps you’ll glance over at the photo on your desk of your partner to either realise that its not all that bad (or, alternatively get really depressed).
