Networked too! How could I not have thought of that? You’re brilliant! I like it! I’d be giggling like a little boy if I could, for instance, tell it to begin toasting my clicking a toast button on the PC!

Okay, silly since you’d have to go over and load the thing with bread first, but somehow I’m very drawn to the idea. :)

Then you could have an (equally) useless widget on your desktop displaying the time remaining and current temperature of the toaster. Hmm, I wonder if they have any employment openings?

I know how you feel. I tool want to find it tacky if not rather pretentious and yet, strangely, I like it.

I suspect that says more about me than it does the toaster, though.

(Still think it should be networked…lol)

I know I should be ridiculing this as completely pointless, technology for technology’s sake, a waste of money…..

But let’s be honest. I love it! Doesn’t even matter to me that it displays the time remaining, although that is a bonus. I want one! It’s a work of art, and it makes toast too! What more could you ask for?
