Oregon Scientific BA900 Crystal Weather Station

Little by way of information exists concerning this new product from the geek Jedi masters from the ever cool Oregon Scientific but, on what little information there is, if not from an aesthetic standpoint alone, we simply had to feature it right here, right now.

The Crystal Weather Station is cool on several counts. Firstly it’s a weather related gadget (and weather is cool and always will be). Secondly, it’s an Oregon Scientific product and OS are simply incapable of producing anything that isn’t cool. Thirdly, the device looks seriously gorgeous and features an animated LED display – consisting of either the time (radio-controlled, of course), or the present indoor and outdoor temperatures – which will switch modes with a simple wave of your hand.

Not only that, but the Crystal Weather Station also comes with laser engraved 3D weather icons in crystal with colour illumination.

No information on pricing at the time of writing and, unfortunately, little in the way of imagery (hence the single, somewhat tiny image above) but we shall be watching this one closely.
