Megatouch Touchscreen Arcade Gaming Unit

Megatouch Touchscreen Arcade Gaming Unit V2

Whether this device paves the way for the future of arcade gaming machines is open to question but, either ways, the Megatouch Elite Edge ION certainly offers a little more in the style stakes than your average coin-op arcade machine. That said, unlike the previously featured NovoTable Retro Arcade Gaming Table this device appears to be aimed squarely at the gaming arcade market.

Featuring a 15 inch touch screen and coming complete with a joystick and over 160 pre-loaded games (from card games to action and strategy games – 11 of which are intended for use with the inbuilt joystick), the Megatouch Elite Edge ION offers wireless connectivity as well as an integral 40GB hard drive. Whilst, from a commercial operator’s perspective, the device offers frontal access for easy maintenance, one minute ‘Quick-Click’ software updates as well as a steel encased cashbox and a 700 note stacker.

Measuring in at 450x440x390mm and weighing approximately thirty kilos the Megatouch Elite Edge ION retails for £3,999.99 (approximately $7,895).
