It's the exact same tool, only the printing on the not-handy pocket clip is different.Truth be told, it kind of stinks. It's good to keep in your computer room, just so you don't need to keep a flat-head and Phillips around. For anything serious, though, you can't take it seriously. The arms fold up frequently while using, there's no lock. Also, the light has a hair-trigger so it's impossible to assume it'll stay 'off' while it's in your pocket or toolbox. Next (the high street shop) sold these a year or so ago. They're not as good as they look --- too heavy to get any real purchase when screwing.
