I have one of these. Next (the high street shop) sold these a year or so ago. They’re not as good as they look — too heavy to get any real purchase when screwing. My Swiss army knife with changeable screw heads is much better — beats normal screwdrivers for its torque any day.

I’ve had this tool for 4 years, under the name (no lie) “Mr. 7-Hands”. It’s the exact same tool, only the printing on the not-handy pocket clip is different.

Truth be told, it kind of stinks. It’s good to keep in your computer room, just so you don’t need to keep a flat-head and Phillips around. For anything serious, though, you can’t take it seriously. The arms fold up frequently while using, there’s no lock. Also, the light has a hair-trigger so it’s impossible to assume it’ll stay ‘off’ while it’s in your pocket or toolbox.

Thank you both for taking the time to offer your experiences of this tool - much appreciated.

Once again it seems that looks are not everything (thankfully, or I’d be in serious trouble :-) )

I don’t suppose you have had experiences of the multi tool hammer linked to in the above article - I’d be interested to see whether this fairs a little better.
