We’re great fans of Philips’ digital photo frames since we got our hands on one a while back, but, as great as the Philips digital photo frames are there’s a new kid on the block in the shape of Mustek’s PF-T80R Ality Digital Multimedia Picture Frame and, we’ll be frank here, it beats all other digital photo frames into submission without even breaking into a sweat.

Boasting an eight inch 800 x 600 resolution 4:3 aspect ratio active matrix TFT mirror finished screen, the sleek Mustek Ality comes not only with an inbuilt clock and calendar but also MPEG-1/2/4 and WAV file compatibility (as well as standard JPEG and Bitmap file formats) which, thanks to the inbuilt stereo speakers, allows the playback of animated clips as well as still imagery.

The until comes with 256MB of internal memory with expandability being facilitated by the inclusion of MMC, SD, CF, MS and MS Pro memory slots as well as a remote control and a rechargeable battery allowing for cordless operation.
