BrightHandle – The Illuminating Door Handle

A cause for celebration, perhaps, this is officially our first ever post about a door handle (well, at least it’s not a cushion). That said, this is not you average door handle – this is a door handle that lights up, and as a consequence, it’s officially cool.

Available in several versions, from handles that simply glow in a single colour to a model that indicates whether a room is in use or not by displaying either a red or green light, the possible uses for these glowing door handles is almost limitless.

Battery powered, the BrightHandle appears to be available in four colours (red, green, yellow, blue) however, though pricing has proven rather difficult to ascertain as this information is not provided on the product site and the links to online retailers has proven absolutely fruitless.

Neat product, certainly, it’s just a shame that any potential purchasers have to jump through hoops in order to gain pricing information and in this respect we would urge the company to provide either details concerning recommended pricing (rather than just an email contact address) or, at the very least, offer direct links to the product on the sites linked to rather than expecting people to stumble around in the dark and, ultimately, give up.
