The Bizarre Fresh Salmon Pillow

The Bizarre Dead Salmon Pillow

As regular readers will know all too well by now, we like to try to bring you a variety of posts here on TFTS and, never wishing to take ourselves too seriously, we do like to offer up some of the more bizarre items we’ve come across on our daily trawl (pun indented) of the net (double pun powerup). And, whilst we have tried so desperately not to succumb and allow another post about a pillow or cushion here on TFTS, that was before we happened upon this particular article and, let’s be frank here, it would be a travesty to have allowed this particularly wacky item to have slipped the net (a pun too far).

The Bizarre Dead Salmon Pillow 2

Aimed squarely at fishermen or those with a particular penchant for all things fishy this 70cm long Fresh (aka dead) Salmon Cushion even comes packaged like the real thing on a tray and cellophane wrapped.

Interestingly, the product site helpfully advises that the cushion does not actually smell like salmon – which surly must be considered a bonus.

And if you think this is odd, you may be interested in this fish related post featuring what is undoubtedly some of the most bizarre gadgets we’ve ever seen.
