Alienware Inspired Palm Sander

Alienware Inspired Palm Sander

Do power tools fall into the category of gizmos and gadgets? Of course they do and, even if they don’t, there can be no doubt that this Alienware inspired palm sander concept from designer Aaron Marohl manages the cross over with particular ease.

Styled on the well known aesthetics of Alienware computer cases, this palm sander certainly looks the business though quite whether it will run the up and coming (and much anticipated) Crysis is quite another matter – we suspect not.

The designer states that ‘The goal of this project was to use the design language of a company and apply it to a product that is not common to that company’s normal product line’ and we have to say, if whether we would like to add this to our growing collection of power tools is any indication as to whether he has succeeded, then it’s a job well done.
