We received a great deal of interest here following our post concerning the iPOD Hip Hop Pets and, whilst there are a a seemingly never ending range of such novelty speakers available for iPODs – including functional iPOD pillows – it’s been a while since we’ve seem something that stands out from the crowd.

Cute yet classy, this iPOD Penguin Speaker not only lights up in time to your music – seemingly a mandatory requirement for any iPOD speaker these days – but it will also flap its winds and waddle, somewhat adorably, from side to side.

The iPOD Penguin Speaker retails at $44.9 and available from this online retailer (or at least it will be when it’s back in stock).
