Boasting what’s claimed to be the world’s smallest OLED colour screen, the Mustek KeyFoto Digital Picture Keychain will store up to 42 digital images courtesy of its 4MB of internal memory which are displayed via its tiny 96×64 resolution screen and, whilst we find the idea of storing digital imagery on a key fob quite appealing we cannot help but wonder whether this device has pushed the screen’s dimensions down a little too far.
Mustek’s KeyFoto Digital Picture Keychain will become available in April with a price tag of around $29.99 but, in all honesty, we much prefer TAO’s Digital Keychain – as featured here - which may cost more at $49.99 but comes with double the memory (8MB), enough to hold 56 images, and a rather more practical 1.4 inch LCD screen and, like Mustek’s offering, also has inbuilt USB connectivity.
