What with the Geneva Motor Show soon to be upon us it was inevitable that we would see a rash of posts concerning all manner of public unveilings and – along with the previously featured KTM X-Bow – it’s good to see that Lotus have a new sports car to show off this year.

Boasting a power-to-weight ratio comparable to that of a 1960’s formula one car, the Lotus 2-Eleven can accelerate to 60 mph in a very respectable 3.8 seconds and 100mph in a mere 9.1 seconds thanks to its supercharged 1796cc engine.
