Celebrating 100,000 Hits

TFTS New LogoJust a quick post to say that we are overjoyed to report that Thoughts from the Sidelines has just passed the 100,000 hits mark today, which I missed on account of trying to upgrade my WordPress installation (and having a few major technical issues – just typical).

For one of the major tech blogs with ‘squillions’ of writers and an advertising budget to die for this is, of course, but a drop in the ocean but, for me personally, with the limited resources I have at my disposal, this is actually quite a big deal in some sort of abstract way.

Needless to say, I have a beer in hand and a smile on my face.

Here’s to the next 100,000!
