If you’re forever loosing your keys, or if you would rather not have to carry keys around with you all the time, then this Biometric Door Lock could be the answer as not only does it negate the need for you to carry a door key with you everywhere but it also offers a significantly more secure lock to deter potential thieves.
The Biometric Door Lock will only grant access to those whose physical characteristics match those stored in the lock’s memory in the form of an algorithm – such as a fingerprint – which is all well and fine unless you happen to have catastrophically lost both hands during the day in which case not only will you have to live with the mind numbing agony of having stumps at the end of your arms but you won’t even be able to get into your own house. Bummer. (Actually, you’d be okay as the lock also comes with a mechanical key which – ands perhpas I’m being picky here – surely misses the entire point of having a lock like this in the first place?).

The reason they include a mechanical key is so that if you install the biometric lock, THEN lose both your hands in a horrible accident, you can still open the door..
..You’d have to grip the key betwixt your teeth or buttocks of course. Whichever is more dexterous.
