Real Nintendo Wii Boxing Gloves

Anyone who is into Wii boxing may be interested to learn that you can now get ‘real’ boxing gloves for use with the game. Quite why you’d want them is another issue entirely though I suppose it adds a (remote) sense of authenticity and if you start loosing you could always disable your opponent with the reality dose of an actual left hook. Not really in the spirit of the game though, is it?

Complete with special, padded pockets in which the controllers can be safely secured, these unofficial boxing gloves are sure to make you feel as ‘almost there’ as a flight simmer would by attaching a bloody great Rolls Royce Trent jet engine on the side of his desk. Still, I wouldn’t want to see them on the girl featured in this video (the very thought sends shivers down the spine).
