Lower & widen the seat, change complete body to a fully enclosed tandem "cabin scooter" with doors, heat, and a reverse gear. Then you would have a small micro-car with tilting performance like the Carver but hopefully at more of a bargain price. If I had the investment monies, I might try it myself!
