The morning after installation, one of my tires was completely flat. With that, I did not want to take the chance of the others possibly failing. I contacted customer service for was told that they would not issue a refund for used products. Additionally, I was informed that I could have inappropriately installed the product or that the valve stem on the tire was slightly damaged. These installation tips were not included in the instruction sheet.While it’s a great idea in theory, realty has shown an unfriendly return policy and created quality concerns.
