If you’re anything like me getting up in the morning is something that we’re just not very good at. But if sleeping though your morning alarm call is something you’re presently able to put on your CV as one of your many talents, then this may well be the answer.

The Sonic Bomb Alarm Clock isn’t your regular alarm clock. For a start its alarm sounds at a deafening 113 decibels (for reference, a jackhammer comes in at a mere 100 decibels) and, as if this wasn’t enough, it also includes a bed shaker that will literally shake you awake – though, personally, whilst I don’t doubt that this will wake me up I strongly suspect that the bed shaker will merely serve to put the wife into a ‘let’s get jiggy with it’ mood which will still result in me turning up late for work (but at least with a smile on my face, even if I am clinically deaf).
