BenQ MusiQ Dogtag MP3 Player

BenQ Dogtag MP3 PlayerThere was a time, a while back, when it was all the rage for us civilians to wear identification dogtags regardless of the fact that you were hardly going to become a casualty of war whilst taking Fido the wonder dog out for a trot at the local park or going round your mother’s for a bit of the “I told you so” advise that you always get whether you want it or not.

Personally, it would appear that the fashion for wearing dogtags has long since passed so BenQ’s latest MP3 player, designated the MusiQ, would appear to be somewhat misconceived in the design stakes, especially when viewed in comparison to such as the MPIO FL500 or the wonderfully retro SN-A800 – but perhaps you disagree.

This limited edition player comes etched in two differing designs – one for the chaps and one for the chapesess – and features a built in microSD card slot for music file storage.

Priced at $88 for the 512MB variant the player will be made available from the 4th December from BenQ’s specially designed MusiQ Chinese language website which can be accessed here.
