The Einstein Relativity Watch
We’ve featured a fair few watches on Thoughts from the Sidelines, the majority of which have been rather dashing retro-styled affairs, but this Einstein watch is a little different in that, although it appears to be a somewhat traditional analogue watch, it works in a rather fascinating and unique fashion.
Apparently created with Einstein’s theories concerning relativity in mind, the watch’s hands actually remain completely static as the numbers themselves rotate around the watch’s face to convey the current time.
The quote on the product page from Albert Einstein himself serves to put this product into some perspective – “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I’m not sure about the former.”
The Einstein Relativity Watch costs £23.99 ($42.56 / €33.55) and is available from this site.
