The SatuGo Bouncing Ball Camera

SatuGo Bouncing Ball Camera V2

It seems that cameras are appearing everywhere these days and cleverly the SatuGO adds to this collection by housing a camera in a bouncing ball casing. Apart from rendering the device virtually unbreakable, this allow allows you to take pictures from an elevated standpoint by setting the camera’s inbuilt timer before throwing it into the air.

Designed by Eschel Jacobsen and Mads Ny Larsen this is undoubtedly a great tool for the budding voyeurs amongst you, however, I suspect that the majority of pictures obtained with this device as it spins through the air will transpire to be either pictures of fascinating cloudscapes or imagery of the ground and will not actually feature your intended target at all.

All is not lost, though, as thankfully the SatuGo will also function somewhat less radically as a Webcam.

Presently the designers are looking for investors to help them produce their bouncing camera as a commercial product. Further details can be obtained here.
