The Glowing Beads Remote Contol

As much as we like the idea of consolidating all of our all to numerous remote control devices by using a single master unit, such as Logitech’s Harmony 1000, we must confess that we fell in love with this rather unique remote control device on sight.
A concept of the Russian designer Dima Komissarov, the same chap behind the previously featured Flashbag concept flash drive that grows in size according to the amount of memory used, the Remobeads would allow you to channel hop and control your television’s volume simply by pressing the beads which, incidentally, also glow so as to facilitate you operating them with ease even in dimmed of lighting.

We’re seriously tempted to start a Komissarov fan club here at TFTS but, in the meantime, you can visit Dimi’s website to view this and a host of his other extremely forward-thinking and frankly jaw dropping design concepts via this link.
