The Bulldang Intestine SofaWe are no strangers to curious household items here at TFTS but this Intestine shaped seating concept certainly brought a smile to our well worn faces.

Designed by Hirihiko Kamiya and known as the Bulldang, this curious “modular armchair-sofa” is thirty feet in length and is composed of numerous segments that allow it to be arranged and adapted according to taste and requirements.

It is manufactured from Dupont’s “Climate Control” fabric which ensures both elasticity as well as resistance to general wear and tear.

And the cost of having something resembling a large blue intestine in your front room – a staggering $2380.00.

I’ll take two then.
