Creepy Japanese Scarecrows
I must confess that I was rather intrigued with this video which shows a collection of imagery taken of Japanese scarecrows. Now I know what you’re thinking, a post about scarecrows – just how many beers has he had? But, believe me, these are nothing like the scarecrows I have ever seen.
Constructed in the main from the remnants of discarded mannequins, these scarecrows really are incredibly creepy and I can only imagine what it would be like to stumble across one of these in the dark.
You can view the video after the jump though, for best effect, I would advise dimming the lights, setting the video to fullscreen and turning up the sound (the soundtrack alone is enough to send shivers down anyone’s spine).

Those mannequins are weird looking.
Hi Claudia, how are you?
Yes, they are a little freaky aren’t they? Not sure what is more freaky though, the stranger ones or those wearing makeup and shades.
